It's given me great joy to see so many people starting cooking and experimenting with my recipes. I'd like to encourage everyone to experiment in my second book in which I selected the various courses so that they make mealtimes more memorable and joyous occasions not only because of the tasetes but also because most of the dishes can be made and sered at the same time as well as be combined with each other indefinitely. Thus on special occasions, at a family gathering or a party, we can find a number of easy-to-make dishes which are in perfect harmony with each other and can be further adopted to taste. The book includes 75 recipes illustrated with delightful photographs as well as menu suggestions, a small dictionary of herbs and spices, and some pages unrevelling the secrets of chocolate and bread-making.
