Each week a new menu, a new experience is offered to a limited number of guests (max 24) who book in advance. The menu is always born out of the season, my mood, my current interests and recent travel experiences.
A tasting menu revealed only on the night is then served with matching wines. To the guests only the theme of the evening is revealed in advance, the rest is a gastronomic surprise.
